American Eagle Trading Inc. Policies

Shipping: All orders placed before 2:30 pm. CENTRAL TIME, will be shipped same day via UPS, unless there is an issue with inventory, payment, or otherwise instructed. Shipping cost will be calculated and added to the final total after the order is ready to ship.

Payment: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover are accepted. It's standard company policy for first time customers to prepay for their first order, either by a charge card or by sending a money order or cashier's check prior to shipping the order.


Returns: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All authorized returns will assess a restocking fee of 25% of the total amount of the returned merchandise, unless advised otherwise. All returns freight must be prepaid.

Credit: In the event a return is made with proper authorization, a credit will be issued for the credit amount within 3-5 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Custom Orders:Custom orders are always welcome.

We require a 50% deposit upon signing proforma invoice and artwork approval for the US made custom orders. The delivery time approximately 2-4 weeks after proforma invoice is signed and/or item preview approval for American made products.

If made overseas, the lead time is 60-90 days depending on the product. All overseas custom orders must be prepaid including freight, screen, set up...etc., or any other charges the order may assess.
